My Grandpa passed today. It's a shock. I had planned on visiting later this summer with Taryn, who he hadn't seen since she was a few weeks old. Now, there is a different plan. He's gone to a better place and now we're on our way back home to Ohio.
It's bittersweet. Bitter because we've lost the partriarch to our family. Yet, sweet because we will get to see family that we haven't seen in about a year.
Pray for us.
